BOOK A SMALL GROUP STUDIO APPOINTMENT

Small Group Studio Pilates is an appointment-based service with flexible options available to suit times and days that work for you. Trio sessions are a small group with a maximum of 3 participants to 1 instructor. Each Trio participant uses their tailored programme designed for their bodies needs and goals and receives individualised attention from the instructor.

Please note: to book a Small Group Studio Session, you need to have completed an Advanced Assessment first.
